We have the Nuvi 650. Check it about a little over an hour of charging by turning the unit on and seeing how much the battery indicator is up. If it is not full then keep trying. I would speak to your professor privately. Explain to him/her what that girl is doing. Tell her no one in your group supports it and that you shouldn’t have to suffer the consequences of a bad grade because she is so unpredictable. Ask the professor if she will ask the girl to stop. Tell her that you have tried before, but she won’t listen. She will be more likely to listen to an authoritive figure.

Singer has always been a great machine. These days they all offer so many option that most of us never us. I would suggested going to a fabric store that sells sewing machines. The clerks in these store seems to more helpful (and knowledgeable) then those in larger appliance type stores, Tell them what you’ll be using for and they will find the machines for you. Most will also offer short class to familiarize you with your purchase. These places are a little pricier so it’s an option to get your info from they and make your purchase at Walmart. (Just don’t plan on getting any service there)
